In these Terms, “MIIU”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this entity.

MIIU is an AI-powered personal-development application designed to help you reflect, understand patterns in your life, organize personal context and receive personalized guidance.

Features may include:

• AI-powered text and voice conversations;
• journaling and reflection tools;
• mood and wellbeing tracking;
• personality tests and generated Perspectives;
• personal memories and contextual information;
• relationship and connection context;
• goals, habits and personal-development tools; and
• other features introduced over time.

MIIU is intended as a tool for personal reflection and development. It is not a substitute for professional services where professional judgment is required.

You must be at least 16 years old to use MIIU.

By using MIIU, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum-age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If applicable law in your country requires a higher age or parental authorization for certain services or processing, you may use MIIU only where those requirements have been satisfied.

Some MIIU features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining the security of your account and device;
• keeping authentication credentials confidential;
• preventing unauthorized access to your account; and
• notifying us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

MIIU is designed around a local-first approach.

Your personal MIIU content — including conversations, memories, journal entries, mood data, personality-test information and other personal information created through MIIU — is generally stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of your device.

Deleting the application, clearing application data, losing access to your device or experiencing device failure may result in loss of locally stored information unless a separate backup or export feature is available and has been used.

Where MIIU provides export or backup functionality, you are responsible for protecting any copies you create outside MIIU.

MIIU uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, observations, summaries, suggestions, interpretations and other content.

Artificial-intelligence systems are probabilistic and may sometimes produce information that is:

• incorrect;
• incomplete;
• outdated;
• misleading;
• inappropriate to your circumstances; or
• based on an imperfect interpretation of the information you provided.

You should not assume that an AI-generated statement is accurate merely because it is presented confidently or appears personalized.

MIIU may use your previous context to make responses more relevant, but personalization does not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

MIIU is designed for personal development, reflection and general informational support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MIIU does not provide professional:

• medical advice;
• mental-health diagnosis or treatment;
• psychological or psychiatric services;
• legal advice;
• financial, investment or tax advice;
• dietetic or clinical nutrition services; or
• other regulated professional services.

AI-generated responses should not replace the judgment of a qualified professional where professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or assessment is appropriate.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information provided through MIIU.

MIIU is not an emergency service, crisis service or substitute for immediate professional support.

If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency or requires urgent assistance, you should contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional in your location.

Do not rely on MIIU to detect, assess, prevent or respond to emergencies.

Mood tracking, personality tests, Perspectives, journal insights and similar features are intended to support self-reflection and personal development.

They are not clinical assessments and should not be interpreted as diagnoses, professional psychological evaluations or scientifically definitive descriptions of your personality or mental state.

Results may be based on:

• self-reported information;
• simplified scoring systems;
• AI-generated interpretation;
• limited context; and
• patterns observed within the information available to MIIU.

Such results should be treated as prompts for reflection rather than objective conclusions about who you are.

MIIU may allow you to provide information about relationships and people in your life.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of information about another person is lawful and appropriate.

You may not use MIIU to:

• harass, stalk or threaten another person;
• unlawfully monitor or profile another person;
• publish or disclose private information without authorization;
• impersonate another person; or
• otherwise violate another person's privacy or legal rights.

MIIU's observations about another person are based on information available to the system, including information you have provided, and should not be treated as verified facts about that person.

You may use MIIU only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use MIIU to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the rights of another person;
• harass, threaten, abuse or exploit another person;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of MIIU;
• introduce malicious code, malware or harmful software;
• circumvent technical limitations, access controls or security measures;
• reverse engineer MIIU except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated systems to excessively access, scrape or burden the Service;
• use MIIU to facilitate fraud, deception or other unlawful activity; or
• use the Service in a manner that could materially harm MIIU, our providers or other users.

We may take reasonable measures to prevent misuse or protect the security and integrity of the Service.

You retain ownership of content and information that you create or provide through MIIU, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You grant MIIU a limited right to process your content only to the extent necessary to provide, operate, secure and maintain the Service and to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

This does not transfer ownership of your personal content to MIIU.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide content you submit to MIIU.

MIIU, including its software, branding, design, visual elements, interfaces, text, graphics, underlying technology and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to MIIU and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use MIIU for your own lawful personal use.

This right does not permit you to:

• copy or redistribute substantial parts of the Service;
• sell, sublicense or commercially exploit MIIU;
• remove proprietary notices;
• use MIIU branding without permission; or
• create derivative products from protected elements of the Service except where legally permitted.

If you provide suggestions, ideas or feedback about MIIU, you allow us to use that feedback to improve and develop the Service without obligation to compensate you.

This does not give us ownership of your personal MIIU content.

Certain MIIU features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing period and included features will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or another application marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's applicable purchase and subscription terms.

Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew for additional billing periods until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not want it to renew.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically terminate access for the remainder of a period that has already been paid for.

MIIU may offer free trials, promotional access, introductory pricing or other limited offers.

The specific terms shown when you activate an offer will apply to that offer.

Where a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, this will be disclosed before you begin the trial.

You must cancel before the stated trial or promotional period ends if you do not wish to be charged, subject to the applicable marketplace rules.

We may limit eligibility for trials or promotional offers, including restricting repeated use of the same promotion.

Payments made through an application marketplace are processed by that marketplace or its payment providers.

Refund eligibility may therefore be governed by the rules of Apple, Google or another applicable marketplace.

Where MIIU directly processes a payment in the future, any applicable payment and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

We may change subscription plans, included features or pricing from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or marketplace rules, we will provide appropriate notice before a price change takes effect for an existing subscription.

Changes to future plans or purchases may take effect immediately once published or presented during purchase.

MIIU is an evolving product.

We may add, modify, improve, replace or discontinue features as the Service develops.

We may also make changes where reasonably necessary for:

• security;
• technical operation;
• legal compliance;
• provider changes;
• product development; or
• the long-term operation of MIIU.

We will comply with applicable consumer-law requirements where a change materially affects a paid digital service.

We aim to make MIIU reliable and available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

MIIU may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• network failures;
• service-provider outages;
• security incidents;
• technical problems; or
• events outside our reasonable control.

Some MIIU functionality depends on third-party services, including AI, authentication and subscription infrastructure.

Changes or failures affecting those providers may affect MIIU.

Some MIIU features may be identified as beta, experimental, preview or early-access features.

Such features may be incomplete, change significantly, contain errors or be discontinued.

You should not rely on an experimental feature where failure or loss of functionality could cause significant harm.

You may stop using MIIU at any time.

You may also be able to delete your account through the Service or by contacting us.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to MIIU where reasonably necessary, including where:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• your use creates a security risk;
• your use is unlawful;
• payment required for a service has not been completed;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination of your MIIU account does not necessarily cancel an active marketplace subscription. You may also need to cancel the subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIIU is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• MIIU will always be available or error-free;
• AI-generated information will always be accurate;
• MIIU will identify every relevant pattern or issue;
• using MIIU will produce any specific personal outcome;
• recommendations will be suitable for every user or circumstance; or
• all defects can or will be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and use of information obtained through MIIU.

Before making a significant decision, you should consider the reliability of the information, your own circumstances and whether additional professional or independent advice is appropriate.

MIIU should be treated as one source of reflection and support, not as an infallible authority.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIIU and its owners, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

This may include loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, interruption of the Service or loss of locally stored information where the loss was not caused by a breach of an obligation for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted under applicable Danish and EU consumer law.

MIIU relies on third-party services for certain functionality.

These may include:

• OpenAI for artificial-intelligence processing;
• Clerk for authentication;
• RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure;
• Apple or other application marketplaces;
• third-party identity providers; and
• other infrastructure or technology providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to terms and privacy policies provided by those parties.

We are not responsible for independent services, websites or products that are outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Your privacy is important to how MIIU is designed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is stored, transmitted and processed when you use MIIU.

By using MIIU, you acknowledge that personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

If you use MIIU as a consumer in Denmark, the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you retain any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that applies to you, the mandatory rule will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

If you have a problem with MIIU, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or using an alternative dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

Any agreement concerning jurisdiction applies only to the extent permitted under applicable consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms as MIIU evolves or where changes are necessary for legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons.

The current version will display its effective date and last-updated date.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide appropriate notice where required by law.

Where applicable law requires your consent to a change, the change will not apply to you without that consent.
